The location on the runway during the night was particularly good and unbeatable. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Fantastic stay. Amazing pool. Impressive artwork. Convenient amenities in room. Friendly staff. Outstanding casino. Exceptional food choices. Incredibly nice staff. Fun activities.

The location near the airport was super close with a free shuttle bus that ran regularly. The hotel facilities were impressive, including an amazing public pool and beautiful artwork. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, 

The location of this hotel close to the nearby Plaza and the airport was incredible and awesome. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. The room was excellent and huge, we could use an amazing swimming pool on-site.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each spacious room had TV set with satellite channels, central heating and an individual safe. The hotel staff was very good and attentive, they all greeted us. 

Its location was particularly good in the middle of jackson. Easily reached Byeokje Galbi, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Loved staying at the a double room. There were an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware.  

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bakery had good pastries and the room service was decent. The staff service was prompt and professional which was appreciated.

The check-in process was extremely delayed which affected my business schedule. The room cleaning was not done properly as I found rubbish left in the room.

The staff were really helpful and attentive, good services. Location: the hotel was short walk to Incheon airport and the restaurants on the site and the Mall. I had coffee at Grand Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk🙂❤
